Tomco, having explained the efficiency of TrueNorth and WebCAPE, reinstates its necessity in the marketplace with a real-life success story. He narrates the instance where one of the leading BPO organizations in the globe approached Emmersion as a million dollar plus a year customer was about to leave them as the consistency of the employees working on the customer’s account was not meeting the service level agreement in the case of language proficiency. Emmersion applied its TrueNorth speaking assessment with the BPO organization to identify the employees who speak the language up to the level that was acceptable to their customer. TrueNorth helped the organization to get a benchmark of where the speakers must reach to achieve their client satisfaction and used it further on all the new applicants. And a study over a three month period of the TrueNorth application to meet the benchmark reveals that customer satisfaction has taken a massive leap from 70 to 90 percent. In addition to customer satisfaction, Emmersion also aided the recruitment side, as the organization had a long recruiting time of around 24 to 48 hours from the beginning of the application to the job offer. Having made the screening process easier with TrueNorth to find candidates who meet the benchmark, Emmersion shortened their screening process time to just around two hours, saving them hundreds of dollars of human time. Further, as there are numerous call centers and BPO positions across the globe, the applicants apply for more than two or three jobs a day and tend to accept their earliest job offer. Thus, the reduced time consumption in the recruitment process has also facilitated the organization to hire the top employees of the marketplace.

And I think that’s one of the key benefits of our product.” With the current work from home trend, the company has API integrations to dozens of applicant tracking systems, HR information systems, and ERPs to support employment screening remotely.
Emmersion, still unsatiated with its striking development, continues to innovate to shorten the assessment, leverage AI, adaptivity, and add other capabilities such as writing and open speech assessments.
